Tank still cloudy from sand!

Just give it some time. I might actually suggest (contrary to other posts) continuing to run your powerheads while also running a filter. That will keep the tiny bits churned up, which your filter can remove. If you leave them off, then I worry that your tank will somewhat 'artificially' clear up, only to re-cloud when you turn them back on. Just a thought.

i ran everything as i waited for my water to clear up, i took like 5 days...
i made the same newbie mistake by not rinsing my black sand...
