Thanks to the few that helped me sort a couple things out earlier. But I now have my 125 tank up and running its cycling now. The equipment is as follows
Current Gamma UV 25w
Euro-Reef RS135 Protein Skimmer
36" Nova HO T5 x2
Supreme Mag Drive 12
Aqua FX RO/DI 100 GPD
Berlin Sump S2000
Visi-Therm Deluxe 250w x2
What are normal levels for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH, Alk?

Idealy you want trites/trates and amonia at 0. pH from 8.0 to 8.4 and consistant. A pH of 8.8 is bad, but it's worse if you're at 8.8 and then the next day you're at 7.8. Your pH may shoot up while the tank is new to around the 8.8 range but just do water changes, don't buffer it to bring it down because you may bring it down too much all in one swipe and stress something out or kill it.
Normal alkalinity for sea water is 2.7, you're safe up to around 4.0 or 5.0 but the higher you go the more out of wack your pH will be so strive for 2.7.
