Ok we are moving into our home now and have a massive basement room I plan to put a tank in. We currently own a 64Gallon salt water tank that is roughly three years old. It has 70lbs of live rock, a Niger Trigger, two damsels (starter fish), and a Flame Angel.
I plan to upgrade with the move. I'd like to add a refugium possibly, and definitely plan to buy a pre-drilled tank with 'hidden' plumbing. The local fish store is working with me on this but I wanted some opinions from some of you as well if you dont mind.
I'm looking to upgrade to 90 Gallons though can go up to 120 if needed. Outside of that let me know what YOU would do if you were in my shoes. While my budget is not limitless I'm not afraid to spend a bit of money to get things right. I'm looking for a tank that is as low maintenance as possible so I can handle it myself (I travel a lot) without my wife needing to worry about anything besides feeding and enjoying the fish while I'm gone. Other than that I don't need to re-use any of my existing equipment so if you were building yourself a tank like this, what would you do?
Thanks!

The 90 and 120 are the same lenght?...I'd go with the 120...if you going with a reef tank then I'd go with someting like my old custom 150 that was 24" tall x 30" wide and 48" long. The 30" wide really makes for a good reef and it no harder to light then the 48" 90.
