tank upgrade !!!

I currently have a 55 gallon tank. I'm very happy to say that in 3 weeks I will be upgrading to a 150 gallon tank!!!! So I have a few questions. As I explore my options I'm wondering if my fire shrimp and Bubble Tip Anemone would be safe, living with a snowflake eel, puffer, lion fish, or humu humu. Also would my new tank start a new cycle? I have about 100 lbs of well established (9 months old) Live Rock, and about 90 Lbs of Live sand. I'm thinking of going with a canister filter. Sumps are so expensive, and I'm not looking to keep corals. Also would I be able to keep any snails, crabs, or clean up crew with any of those fish listed above? I've heard that clown triggers are very aggressive, Are they so aggressive that you wouldn't recommend owning one?

One more question. I'm going to have to put my new tank in the space that the one I have now is taking up. Would it be safe to put my fish in a 20 gallon bin for a couple of days until the sand settles??
