Tank was just set up, now i have a few questions..

Ok, i just got some LR and LS for my 20 gal tank. Put about 30 pounds of LR in it. The LFS just got it in, so it wasnt cure yet. I scrubbed it, and put it in the tank. The sand bed is about 1 1/2 inches deep. I have the aqua c remora running and its foaming like crazy. I have have the Aqua Clear 500 running with live rock and sand in it, but no cheato. Should i run the lights?? Should i put cheato in the fuge?? Should i put anything in the tank to start the cycle or will it start on its own since the rock needs cured?? I have cut the AC 500 filter media and have the stuck in the AC 500 to filter things out. Should i remove this??

You dont have to run the lights, but you can if you wish. It will just grow more algae though. You can put chaeto in the fuge, at this point its not really necessary. The rock will start the cycle. Not sure what you mean about the AC 500

Well you can add a shrimp to kick off your cycle and test your parameters daily after.

You sure can but in this case its not necessary, because his rock isnt cured. Therefore it will have enough die off on it to spike the ammonia and start the cycle.
