Just brush'em off tasha. Ive been flamed many, many times and I brush off the ones that make no sense. I look at everybodies advice and take the consistent peices of info and mix it with my own common sense and that is how I solve problems. Some people with 2000 posts are retarded and some people with 100 posts are very experienced and knowledgable. You will get to know who is who when you spend enough time here. Good luck in your tank process.

tasha...i jsut think you are lucky....you have found an outlet that is inhabited by people who have an honset love for the thing that we so dearly call a hobby...the people on this board truly care for the animals that we all keep in our tanks and have had bad experiences in the past...those of us who do post try to explain our experiences in hopes that others will take them and build upon them so that they will not have the same problems we once did....
Lately you have caught a lot of heat from many of the members here, but i do think you have a genuine love for your animals, you just arent well informed of their behaviors....i.e. the sea apple, and now the porky puffer......as stated in the other thread...arm yourself with a good book. ask lots of questions, and be prepared for the answeres, wether nice or naughty, and most importantly have fun, but not at the expense of creatures lives!
