Yea I got one there too-the only thing that bothered me was him seeing it! It was a friend of mine and just felt weird! I got it back in the day when people made their own guns..he made his own out of what ever he had laying around in his bike shop, had a guitar string as the needle! it's real thick lined and kinda shakey..but it was my first and the color has outlasted any of the newest ones I have had done. Yea... I know not great for health reasons, this was in the 80's and we hung out with bikers..many a drunkin night we had!

My husband has one on his stomach, below his belly button and he sqirmed the whole time..he said it felt like someone putting a cigar out on there! Under the armpit, right on the rib cage he said was bad too..it all depends on your tolerance for pain I guess! I know one girl who had the top of her head tattooed a big dragon..she had a migrain for a week!

My little brother got one from under his armpit down his side like almost to his hip. He has a way high tolerance for pain. He said it didn't hurt at all it was just annoying so.....

My tats didn't hurt really. Actually, the pain was sort of pleasurable. However, that does not apply to when he got to the tibia legbone. That hurt so badly it felt like he was tearing the flesh off the bone.
ps- if you like to draw and are good at it....try to design your own tattoo. I really regret not having done this.

im 36, and i have some i regret and some i don't, wish i had put more thaught into it, but now i know my next tat, my family crest, im irish ad the crest is really cool, i can have room to put my kids names in.

Thats what I do...for everybody. I have designed more tats for people and myself then, my brother has done flash. I did this one for my husband...he got it around his upper arm. I like alot of detail, my next tat will be in Loving memory of my dad with our family crest..we (my brothers and I) are all getting the same tat. My oldest bro already has it on his chest..just have to sit down with him and do it...thats the greatest part about having a brother as a tattoo artist..never costs me a dime! I did Alice Cooper for a friend out in Arizona along time ago but he never got it done, it would have been a cool back piece.
