Sounds normal to me. Dont know what your unit GPD is but if its 100gpd rated then thats around 4 gls per hour so 2 hrs should have done around 8 gls. and you should throw out the first 10 to 15 gls because that first amount is cleaning the dust and oils out from manufactoring and considered breaking in period. Then test and should be down more.

Dude I am laughing my butt off right now because I can just invision you posting and can feel your frustration. Yeah a gallon per minute is definately not right, unless you have super high PSI in your town. I don't think it's possible. I know that if I use the flush valve hose, the water comes out really fast, but that hose is for waste-water. The hose you should be using should come from the top of the unit after the water has passed through all of the filters. If you are using the lowest hose, I think you are filling from the flush/waste hose. My 100gpd will produce about 2-3 gallons per hour with my town PSI being 50-60. Sorry no one answers your posts by the way...

Well when you are running your water, you will usually get at least 3-4 times waste water as you get good water. Both tubes will be running. I'm sure you know this, just making sure. It only will put out the good water and the rest will go down the drain. You have to be bypassing something. How many filters do you have with your unit? Do they all run into one, out into the next, and so on? Make sure you have the flow going the right way through the filters too. There sholdl be small arrows on them if I can remember correctly. Check it out...

Alot of things can dictate how much product water you get.....Water pressure and temp of incoming water can affect things as well......If your getting a high reading on you product "good" water then definitely something isn't working with the unit correctly.....What type of unit is it and how old is it.....Did you just change any filters such as your membrane??? It's possible if the membrane isn't seated correctly in the pressure vessel that it could not be functioning correctly being bypassed......
