Tell me if I'm doing it wrong...

I just got a bubble tip anemone two days ago. It's doing great. It stays in place and my sebae loves him. My question is, I'm planning or have started feeding him twice a week a small cube of brine shrimp. Is that too much?
There are so many discussions about how anemones can survive by itself. One condition is when they have clownfishes living in them. Another is living under adequate lighting. I have both of those conditions. I think it's living under the right lighting (just upgraded my lighting last week), and my sebae doesn't seem to leave him unless there is food around :D .
So I just want to know do I need to feed it that often, or should I decrease the times that I feed him? As you can see I have a ten gal tank, so feeding is crucial. Another thing about feeding, where can I get food for anemones? Such as, silversides? Can I jsut stay with brine shrimp? Or should I get squids or scallops?
All responses will be greatly appreciated :) .
Thanks,

I much admire the attempt at such a small size of a tank. If things are doing well thats also good. 10Gal is not easy.
This is all the knowledge you need. Your aneom--- will grow as fast and as much as you feed it. If you feed it twice a week, I tell you this: I believe it will grow at a rapid rate. I recomend slowing the feeding down if you do not want him to grow so fast.

I feed my anemone's 1 time each week
I just feed them my frozen foods, they seem to look so much better when I feed them this way.
I have clowns that feed them but not eneogh.
