temp Fish Only

i have a fish only tank . What does the temp need to be at 78 or 79?

Ya generally you want to keep your tank from 78-82 depending on what your keeping. Do a little research on the fish you want/have and there will almost always be a suggested temp. But ya 78-82 is good.

Either is fine. A range from 77-80 is good.

i just got a chiller and it has 2F Differential

some chillers have a plug on them for the tank heater. usually the thermostat on the chiller is better than the one on the heater...so I hook my heater up to the chiller and let the chiller decide when to turn it on and off. Mine is a pacific coast chiller. I keep my fowlr at 78 and the reef tank at 80
