So i read all these post where people are keeping there tanks at temps above 80 degrees i keep mine between 76 and 79, because i read u dont want the temp going over 80. I read that corals will bleach with temps over 80. So just wondering what everyone keeps there temp at.

I like mine at 79-81, but During the summer my house gets VERY hot. I struggle to keep it below 84 and I mean struggle. Its alot of work, my sump is in the basement thats the only thing that even keeps me close.

calcification in corals slows at 73 degrees and stops below 68 degrees....
Above 86-92 degrees depending, many corals will beocme stressed and expel symbiotic algae....which is know as "bleaching".
i keep mine around 79 degrees......
