I raised my temp from 72 (i did not notice it was that low) back up to 75. My corals look much better however my blue hippo might be showing signs of ich. Is this to much of a temp change?

Could have been enough to stress the fish depending on how fast you did it. I would not think this the only stress on the fish to cause an outbreak, but could be the straw that broke the camels back type situation. What are your current water parameters?
