It's a Hair Worm (Cirratulid), not a Spaghetti Worm (Terebellid). They are also beneficial but are found in the sand bed more often than the rocks. Spaghetti worms are usually in the rocks and typically have white tentacles.

Do I also see a couple of mini bristle starfish arms there or does a hair worm have bands of color like that?
Hair Worms have two types of tentacles, gills - shorter and typically a solid color, and palps (gatherers) which are long and often have horizontal stripes.

ok since its a hair worm, is it still safe to keep? is it beneficial as said for speghatti worm?
IMHO they are more beneficial because Cirratulid eat detritus from above and below the sand and move when an area becomes clean. Terebellid only eat from the surface but their tentacles can get a LOT longer so they have more reach.
