Look at what you made me do
. I finally got the tank up and running after a leak in my sump on friday. Thanks for all of your advice to make this happen. Here are some pics. It has 45 lbs of rock. I am going to get about another 60 lbs when I get paid. I am broke now
.

Love the way you have the returns!
It will look really good once you get some substrate and some more live rock. I would say save your money on the live sand (just buy bagged aragonite or bagged sand) and use the saved money and get more live rock.

Sorry I forgot to answer that. Its a 55 gal with 2 about 10 gal wet drys hooked together as a sump/refuge. I have a mag 9.5 as my return. Witch always was to much for my 2 overflows. But I think with the plumbing I put just enough head for it now so I dont have to throttle it back anymore. Each nozzle has about as much flow as a water hose. So good flow but not to much for the fish to swim past it.
