That With Fries??

So, I'm having french fries w/my dinner tonight and it got me wondering...
what does everybody eat with their fries?
I have them with Chummus or T'china, (or, for the Americanized spelling... Hummus & Tahini
), and when those r not available I'll have them with some pureed avocado & lemon juice. absolute last resort is ketchup & lots & lots of salt.
so... What do you take with your fries?

typically just salt. LOL did you ever watch zohan? They had a hummus fire tank.

mm, actually, i have not seen it. ...truth be told, i was mortified by the very concept of this movie, and i absolutely loathe adam sandler. my parents rented it... but they had to turn it off 20minutes through. i have a sense of humor, but adam sandler just rubs me the wrong way, man.

ummmm yes. & so are my folks! But I've got lots of Israeli relatives, my folks each lived in Israel for several years (it's where they met!), I myself lived in Israel and we visit allllllllllll the time - and you can't go over there without being infected by their AMAZING eating habbits and learning to make some of their AWESOME dishes. OMG. The fooooooooooooooood in the Mediterranean.... I have DREAMS about it.

fry sauce... its a west coast thing!!!
i was down in texas once with a couple buddies... we were at a greasy spoon eating lunch and i asked the wiatress for fry sauce... she handed me the kethcup... WTF!!! i had no clue that EVERYONE didnt know about FRY SAUCE!!!
i also like ranch or ranchup...

lol... the most very basic form is kethcup and mayo mixed up... there are various recipes like mine:
ketchup
mayo
a little bit of mustard
pickle juice
salt
pepper
a little sugar
splash tapatia hot sauce
here is some you can get in a store or buy online...

What is "fry sauce" is that something you saw while watching brokeback mountain?

No, it's something that, while he was watching brokeback, fell from his Big Mac. Instead of a napkin/towel, he used a fry to wipe it off and ate it, and after he decided it was good, "Fry Sauce" he shouted...

actually i havent ever seen that movie... and what i shouted was "TOT SAUCE B!+@#&S!!!
