The 15 most annoying things in U.S. Culture

I think Justin Bieber is too young to carry the fame and he is not able to handle his fame in a right direction. He should learn from his other industry mates that it will not last long, if he does not learn to handle the success.

Yup, we have refined that list to confirm that the single most annoying thing about American culture is... a Canadian
.
But I agree about him, the maturing process in him was curt short by early celebrity. Happens too often.
PS: not bashing the neighbours to the south here, most of what is on that list applies north of the border as well.

I cant stand yuppie parents that coddle their children to death and who dont take the time to train or teach them anything.

Love all the stereotypes and judgments in this topic. Goes along with all of the pet peeves cited in the OP.

PrettCorrect me if I am wrong here, but as I recall the baggy pants thing was actually started by prison inmates as a symbol for (lets just call it willingness or not for attention) (I know...I know... don't be so worried to offend someone; see line 1)
This trend in prisons slowly trickled out, into main stream and the meaning was lost or other non-informed people decided to emulate this "bad" look. It really is an awful trend, although its entertaining to watch some of these guys try to run across the street; with their arms full and pants dragging on the ground, only to trip on their own pants.

Pretty sure that was shown to be an urban legend

Back in the late 80's when I lived in So Cal the first people that I ever saw wearing their pants like that were strictly the gang bangers. Kids started doing it at school as a sign because they weren't allowed to wear or flaunt their gang colors.
Then I moved to michigan and several years later started seeing the posers doing the same thing. Now its a fashion statement. How lame.
