It's been in the 60's and 70's for the past several weeks with very high winds. Thats the kicker, We really needed some moisture. We ended the year 12"below the normal. The wheat is really suffering and then all the fires started; God listens. It will be mostly gone by the end of the day as it is suppose to get in the 40's. They say 10" of snow equals 1" in rain.
