I feel for you. We had that problem in Florida a few years back. I-95 was always closing because of smoke and fires were everywhere. Glad you guys got some relief.

You must live in the southern half??
One of the worst blizzards I ever drove through was on I-40 between Flagstaff and Gallup, NM.....40 was eventually closed and I was forced to stop and spend the night in Gallup. Of course my Jeep was fine with it...I locked it in 4 hi and plowed through to the outer road until forced back onto the Interstate at the state line and state rods made me get off the hiway. Jeeps R awesome.

Yeah... it was 45 here today and it was depressing. I'm a skiier and I would really like some snow. So far this season has been crappy. We had snow in early december that lasted about 2 weeeks then we had rain. we had maybe 6 inches of snow since that and now we haive F**kin rain again.
*should probably move this to the ranting pet peeves thread*

Our east Texas weather is mind boggling. Tuesday warm and rain PM. Yesterday is was cold and dry at 35-40 AM. Today it's warm and dry again at 70ish. Tomorrow it's a cold front and rain coming. No wonder every person I know is sick in Houston!

I am happy to see that THIS HAS TURNED INTO KISSING SOMEONES BUTT thread, instead of keeping with the theme of being Thankful so some rain/snow.

Jenn, I have severe arthritis in my spine and they go in ever so often through the neck and inject my spine. I have had 2 treatments within 2 weeks. Good as gold now.
All of our snow is gone and will likely rain this weekend. We sure need it.

It does suck, especially when I have a house to remodel. Started on the office the other day and can actually start to see the end coming soon. As soon as I get it done then I am setting up my new 125 gallon RR glass with double overflows and will be using my current 55 as my sump/refugium :cheer:
