It's okay. Too much will pollute the tank. My non photosynthetics seem to like it, I get really good polyp extension when I add it. Clams also really like it. It's far from the best, but its decent.

I have my mix of Shrimp, scallops (from grocery store), pellet food, green w/ red seaweed, and Phytoplankton blended together and put in to ice tray and feed half a cube in the morning and half a cube in the late afternoon.

No, but I feel there are better ways to feed our glass prisons that are more conducive to how they are "programmed" to eat.
