I think i'll go with a coralife super skimmer because I had my sights on that to begin with and i have heard more good than bad about it so thanks for your help. and i'll get a proclear wet dry.

i see waht your talking about now. but that tube that spits teh water out goes in the hole that is in my wetdry and spits the water back into the bio balls. so maybe the bubbles arent coming from my skimmer if i have it set up like that? and the bubbles are from something else like i have been thinking but cant figure out?

I think its your skimmer too.
The Filter pad and drip plate will slow the water flow along with the bioballs for a nice trickle flow down then there is the big polishing sponge to block any bubbles.
I don't get any bubbles even without the big polishing sponge.

Your skimmer should precede any filtration to skim raw water. The Proclear pro series skims prior to the bio-balls so there won't be any bubbles entering the tank as dmc says polishing block or not. The Kent, Aqua EV and Coralife will not fit into the first chamber of the pro series 75 or 125, maybe the 150 not sure of the dimensions. The Aqua C Urchin will fit but I don't think the Urchin Pro will, with a 55 gallon that should work depending on bio-load. The first chamber is tight so make sure you get measurements.
Are you setting up a reef or fowlr? Are you already set on a wet/dry? If I had a reef I would have gone with a fuge and live rock but with fish only I wanted a little less rock for more swimming area and a couple more fish. The wet/dry works great for me.

I have just ordered a proclear wet/dry 75 and a coralife skimmer but i think it should still be fine if the skimmer is after bio-balls. But thanks for advice anyway. And to BellaNavis, I just ordered a sump, sorry. But I'm glad you offered and I wish you luck with selling them. And to everyone that helped, THANK YOU!
p.s. from now on I'm done with this topic and the other one I made about skimmers alone. So no need to help now, but thanks again if you did.
