UPDATE:
I removed the canopy, lids and doors.
Setup: 1 tub for corals, 1 tub for middle rocks and milk crates for the base rocks.
I drained 50 gal of water in containers and filled each one.
Stacked all the crates in a kiddie pool and started to run water over them for 20 mins.
He did not come out.
Brought in the FW dipping tank. Took the most likely mantis rock and dipped him for 5 mins in water that was 10 deg difference. Then took all the surrounding rocks and dipped them for 5 mins. I do not hink he was having a good day.
Still no mantis
Placed a divider in the tank and put all the rock back in.
Had and ammonia spike changed another 50 gallons. Total of 100 in one day.
Do you think I should do another 50 gallons and how soon?

First of all, with mantis shrimp they are very sensitive to changes in salinity, so 5 minutes is tooooo long to be dipping. He should rocket out of the rock almost immediately after being put into the FW. Please don't kill the mantis. Put him in a little bottle or something and sell him or give him away.

Yeah, don't kill him, there are alot of people on here that would pay you to have him, post it in the trading/classafied section, someone will take him.

I wanted to save him but he did not come out of the rock and as of now I am not sure if he is dead or not.
No clicking for the past 48 hours.....

Here are some of the pics and I also did some recording.

I am still holding my breath.

Need to have that full week of no noise to get that confirming feeling.
