4X 65w compact. Water numbers are all in range
Speaking from experience here, 260W CF is not enough to maintain an anemone for a long term. An undisturbed 'nem can live for a couple years under these lights with supplemental feeding, but it won't really grow any significant amount. If you have the opportunity to upgrade to T5s at least, I would suggest going that route. 216 watts T5 provides more PAR than 260w PC. MH is even better, obviously.

Interesting about the lighting.. I have had a pink tip for a while, and it has grown so big I might soon move it..

That IS interesting. I don't have any direct experience with Pink tip Haitian Anemones, so I can't really comment on the difference. Does anyone know if Haitian 'nems do well in lower light conditions? The color on that one is certainly good!
My experience with anemones is with long tentacle and bubble tips. IMO, if you saw some good re-inflation on the bubble tip soon after you removed the fish, you have a good chance of getting it back all the way. But as I said.... bubble tips tend to do better under higher output light than PC can provide. The apparent bleaching you posted looks like zooanthate dieoff...but then it may just be pale from being deflated. Your mileage may vary, of course.....

Well actually I was out of state for work for a few days, and half the lights got stuck in the ON position and did not go off with the timer. When I returned there was much algae growth. I will take some readings soon to make sure there are still 0

Pink Tips can survive under PC lighting as long it's on the higher end of watts per gallon, I've kept a Pink Tip for years in a BioCube under stock PC lighting.
BTA's will not survive long term under PC's unless it is VERY intense, which in reality, doesn't happen.
Clarkii's and Maroons can be very aggressive with BTA's and "love them to death" so to speak. Maroons are the worst with anemones, but Clarkii's can be just as bad.
