What are you complaining about? If they detained these guys or sent them back to Mexico, who would cut your yard, dig your ditch, or cook you your daily tacos and breakfast burritos?

When I lived in Montana English speaking people did nearly all those jobs. Very few illegals there. With a true unemployment rate above 15 percent right now I don't foresee much of a problem finding workers.
