The frogspawn ricordia incident...

Well I found the perfect place in my tank for the frogspawn I just got. I got the base to wedge inside of a rock and planned on using superglue if it fell. Well it fell...and landed on a riccordia colony. Now a few of the riccordia some of which had three mouths, and all of which were splitting have turned from green to dark purple and have shriveled. Am I doomed, will it die? This was one of my favorite pieces, because of the success I was haing with it.

Ricordia is one of the toughest corals around. I had one get stung and pulled off it's rock by an aggressive/hostile bubble coral. It was all shriveled up and I though for sure it was dead. But I moved it away from the bubble and now it looks great...only took it a few days really to look a world better. So give your colony some time. I have faith.
