The future of aquarium lighting??

Pretty sweet, I think being able to have a lighting to imitate moonlight would be really cool, so you could see what all the nighttime buggers are doing without disturbing other inhabitants.

I saw that up on that site a couple of months ago. Bet it is going to be big $$ when it first comes out. I'm definitely gonna consider it when it hits the streets though!

For anyone who missed I had a link talking about using LED's (light emitting diodes) as a way to light a reef tank. Lots of benefits when they can get teh spectrum down pat.
LED's give off almost no heat, and last a LONG time. Only problem is you need a ton of them. Say like 300 for a 180 gal tank. I imagine the cost will be a ton a first. Maybe this would turn into a DIY'ers dream.
