hardest - Actually doing homework. I never studied. I passed by acing tests.
best - No responsibilties to speak of. Unless you count being student council president.
most memorable - Having 2 friends hold the double doors open at the back of the school, backing my '69 Chevy up to the opening and racking the pipes down the hall.
And receiving 4 tickets for drag racing in front of the school.
1. drag racing
2. driving on the wrong side of the road
3. careless and imprudent driving
4. wreckless endangerment
My parents were not impressed.
most embarrassing - Most of it.
and coolest - Please see "most memorable."

my absolute worst day of high school started 4 years before it happened.
i moved into a house and there was a cute girl next door. i had a HUGE crush on her, even though she was a few years younger. i was in 9th grade when we moved away from the neighborhood across the town. i went back to see her a couple times, but she always had spoken of some supposed boyfriend she had (she's now in 7th grade) so i stopped going to see her.
11th grade comes along, and now we're in the same school. i started talking with her again, and found out i still had a little crush on her.
and of course, 11th grade i was in the loser crowd. but 5 of us were pretty decent friends, and there was this guy that looked like vanilla ice, so we would sing ice ice baby whenever he came around.
soooo....
one day i'm walking home, and i asked the girl out. she tells me she's dating one of my non loser semi friends. sigh, oh well.
then, i'm walking home, and vanilla ice comes out of his house. or a friends, i'm not sure. he tells me he's sick of me and my friends making fun of him so he's going to go get is nine and pop a cap in me. i tell him whatever (i'm still in my funk) and if he doesn't want us singing ice ice baby i'd get them to stop. that's not good enough for him, so he whacks me in the face. i asked him if he felt better and walked off.
he ended up cracking four bones in my temple/face and shattering the top of my sinus cavity. i have metal plates holding 3 of those 4 bones together, and a silicone net holding my eye in place.
he got 6 months for 3rd degree felony assault on a minor (he was 18, i was 17) and our lawyer had suggested us bringing the charge down to 3rd degree so we could sue for damages. well, it turns out he was not covered by his mother's home owners insurance because he was 18 so we got nothing.
well, $25k worth of reconstructive surgery, and COMPLETE instant recognition when i got back to school hehe

Hardest part - Figuring out who we would con into buying us beer.
Best Part - Females could only drink two beers so you did not have to charge them money to drink.
Like SoCalChevy I never studied for a test either.

The hardest part by far was getting up early, I still have problems with that one.
There are way too many cool memories but a one of the best ones was getting a ticket for power braking my car in front of all the friends...
Most embarassing was getting the **** slapped out of me by a deaf kid.
High school was one of the things where you hated it when you were there and now that you're out you wanna go back.

Oh and responding to the never studying deal...I was the same way, and I did all my homework in other classes. I'm not even sure if my bookbag ever left the vehicle when I wasn't at school.

Hardest parts: Having to bury my best friend because he drown in the lake and having anorexia for 3 years.
Best part: Varsity Swim Team-wish I could still do it

Most Memorable: Graduation Day-everyone wore flip flops and threw beach balls in the air that we snuck in because they were banned. Principal said we wouldn't graduate if we tried to pull anything. Never seen him so mad in my entire school career...wait take that back. Only one other time in 2000

Most Embarrassing: Dating a guy with the biggest ears and having to take him to Winter Ball. My mom even called him Dumbo....it sucked. I burned the pics. NO evidence.

Coolest Part: Spending every day with the best friends/teammates in the world. We still talk and hang out.

For our senior prank, we cut an old VW bug in half and welded it back together with a tree in the middle of it... this tree was in the quad. Yes.

He's prolly already earned his first million and will work his way into Forbes Magazine as one of the richest men to ever walk the face of the earth.

Wow! It's been over 20 years. My daughter graduated in 07.
The partying, hanging out with our "gang", muscle cars and racing 1/4 mile, skipping school and going to the beach, and meeting my husband.
Yeah thats right! Still together. Sooooo BooYah, to all those who said we wouldn't make it!!
