BUT, when Sabres fans come to town, security is enhanced, police presence is doubled. There are always fights in the stands, several arrests, and vandalism in the parking lot. ONLY when we play the Sabres (I call them pocketknives) does the local news advise Canes fans to NOT display team flags and banners to avoid possible vandalism to their vehicles.
They are the most obnoxious group ever.
And people say bad stuff about Philly fans. We aren't that bad (I think). We just have a lot of passion and sometimes it gets channeled the wrong way.
