The next and last fish for the tank

I have 10 gal tank. Currently has 1 sebae clown, 1 cleaner shrimp, 2 mini feather dusters, 3 astrea snails, and 1 sally litefoot. I used to have a yellow tail damsel, but I removed him yesterday because he was attacking my cleaner shrimp.
I want a fish that can add color to my tank. There are some fishes that I have in mind, flame angel, firefish, another clown, possibly tangs? :D. I'm also planning to add a small red star fish. Does anyone have any recommendation on any of the fishes I mentioned? Or even other fishes?
I have another question about fish size. Don't they adjust to the environment they live in? I mean, let's say you have a triggerfish, if you put him in a 40 gallon tank, there is a max size that it will grow up to. If you move him to a bigger tank, they will grow bigger. Doesn't it work like that?
Thanks,

No angel, no tang and if you get a fire fish put a lid on as they have been known to jump.
Fish do not adjust to their environment...if they did you've have hundreds of people with sharks in their 10 gal tanks.

believe it or not, you maxed out, normally you should not exceed 1 inch per 5 gal of water, ESPECIALLY with no lr or a dsb(general rule only), and you have 6 inch fish in 10 gallon, even in instances where you can exceed the general rule, you've blown it away, the sebae will get @ 6 inches, and tank size does not matter to him, he will grow, so i'd say nothing at all, and a ff needs 25 gallons of h2o, ihope this is what jimi meant and i've only explained it,
but any one here would agree, a 6 incher in 10 gallons is MORE than enough for your system

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the lr and ls. I have about 6 lbs of lr, and about 2 inches of ls. Does that change anything?

not really, because, you still, in most cases will never exceed 1 inch per 2 gallons(with a 10 gallon and 15 lbs and 4 inches, in a stable mature system and skimmer, would more then likely be the best conditions), where 6 in 10 is still over that,
i'm sorry, but,i'd say odds are, that is about it
