The Oscars

Well I think the Oscars pretty much blew this year. Nobody I wanted to win did, especially Johnny Depp, he was robbed I tell you.... robbed.

Anybody else waste 3.5 hours of their life tonight??

At least I didn't give Uncle Sam a free loan this year, but making up the difference doesn't feel nice.

I don't usually watch the awards shows, I think it's more fun to hear the highlights and the sarcastic comments the next morning on the radio.

Well, I liked them. I loved No Country for Old Men so I thought that deserved to win.
I like Jon Stewart a lot too, so that made it easier to watch as well.

Movies, bleh! Somebody nudge me when some orginality creeps back in. Until then, enjoy 'Justice League', 'The Jeffersons', 'Shrek 4', 'Spiderman 15', etc without me.

I saw No Country for Old Men and liked it as well so I was glad to see it win also. BTW...There are still some good, original movies being made(ie: Sweeney Todd, No Country for Old Men, Atonement) but those are the ones most people don't bother to see.

You should check out "Love Comes Softly". You would like it--the whole series is very well done.

I liked it. I wish Amy Adams would of sang "Thats how you know". Her replacement butchered that song.
