The PH hardness of my water

Hello guys,
I'm in my second week of cycling my tank and the test revealed that the hardness of the water is too high. How do I bring it down to acceptable levels?

Hardness refers to Alkalinity, not PH, so please clarify which one you mean. And what are the actual numbers?
