So my new refractometer came in today. Little disappointed in the company's shipping though... the prism broke off, super glue to the rescue, I guess. In the email I sent informing them of the broken item, the response was "Can u fix it ?" That's a real negotiator right there...
Anywho! Here we go. Got it all calibrated and stuff, took me a while to do, I have a problem with not reading directions, but I got it!
Hydrometer SG - 1.027
Refractometer SG - 1.027
Yes, it's a smidge high, I haven't topped off yet. So I guess I got one of the good hydrometers? Been using it for almost 3 years. O well, I like to look like a professional when I use my new high tech equipment! Anyone want a good hydrometer??
