At which point do you decide that this is the "real thing", pregnancy, I mean and not do the evacuation? Is there an obvious distinction visually between what the Rock has been going through and if he could be truely pregnant?

If it is gas or air in the pouch, the seahorse will have bouyancy issues and will float, very sad to see.
