The thing is you totally picked the wrong year to show a pic of. That's a 1971, and it's a SS (a fake SS, but none the less). All you need to do is add a rear seat, extend the roof, and cover the trunk, and you have a Chevelle, which in thoses years, was a truly awesome car.
If you went with say a 1982, that shared it's platform with the Monte Carlo, after the Chevelle was dropped, you have a much more valid arguement.

Awwwww they completely ruined the Acura! If they would have changed the silver front panel and squared the butt up a little it actually would look quite nice

Honestly, you know when they're designing a car, they make one of clay? (or at least used to before 'puters) It looks like the only tool that they had to shape the clay, was a shovel. Yea, I have no idea what's going on with that chrome shield on the front, it looks like a shark with a huge goiter on it's nose. The whole Acura range is disgusting now (check out the new TSX too)...

I hate pt cruisers. they remind me of a cockroach on wheels. the hhr too. FUGLY
