Adding the Angel then beginning to add coral would be ideal. Pygmy angels are hard to remove from a tank full of LR.
There such thing as 100% reef safe angel?

So it won't make any difference in the angel's learned behavior is what I am finding out, but it is smarter to add it first because then you don't have to sacrifice hundreds of corals, just one. Thanks for the help.
