Thermoelectric Chiller

i have a 25 gallon tank with a 220 watt pc light. my water temp is rise up to 86 . i am thinking about buying a chiller from aquamedic. thermoelectric chiller, but this is the first time i hear about a chiller without freyon gas. what do u think about this product.
is it really work, anyone of you guys using it. please give me the review of it

Forgive my stupidity, Is that the Probe looking thing? I have never used it if that is the one your talking about but have seen one used on a 10 gallon with a 250w halide on it. Kept it at 80..

no its not.
the work is almost the same thing, but the one i am talking about is the inline. here is the picture of it.
