Thermostat Issues

I am trying to get an accurate temperature reading on my tank. I have 4 thermostats on my tank. I have a thermostat on a pinpoint controller, and cheap digital one, a ranco thermostat, and one on my chiller, and they all read something different. How do I know which one is correct, or how do I get an accurate temperature to see which one is correct, I am so confused!

WHen the chiller reads 77 the pinpoint reads 75.6 the digital reads 74 and the ranco reads 75 if I remember correctly. But the chiller then shuts off, and if its too cold I need to make sure the heaters are turned on, I am so frusterated.

I would go with what the Ranco controller is reading for the chiller......That should be controlling the chiller anyways.....The PinPoint can be off and have personally seen that.......
The first 2 pics are of my 1hp chiller and controller, and the next 2 pics are of my 1/3hp chiller and Ranco controller, and the last pic is of my Neptune controller which will override everything. The Neptune controller might seem alittle expensive when you look at it initial, but safety in redundancy. Plus the probe on the Neptune controller is Lab grade, and I'd trust it over all others, and it's dead on with my chiller controllers....and again on the other hand the PinPoint is off.......
