"NAY" as much as I would love a puppy we have 3 noses in this house that would sneeze the little thing outta the house.
I know how frustrating these things are and have been in the boat many time.
All I want in return is good thoughts for my hubby who works for Anheuser Busch and will find out Monday if his 20 years of service along with 1400 other folks will no longer be needed. Crazy man who bought it for 50 billion dollars in this market has the the companies debt now extremely leveraged.
Trashing a great company.
oh and just knowing she LOVES it as much as my daughter makes it fun to do
Pssst...Scott..she's just being humble. Go ahead and ship her a pup, just to show her you care
love....sorry to hear of the job situation. These are unprecedented (sp?) times. Most everyone I know around here has been, or is about to be, affected. Best wishes to you. Tell hubby that if it helps any, I'm doing my part to keep his Co. in business....
LTS, I saw that about the jobs yesterday and immediately thought of you. I sure hope things turn out well for you. I hate when some rich guy buys a Co. and then lays off people that need the money to live off of, just so he can change a 1 to a 5 somewhere in his back account.
I know for me you have brought back the spirit of Christmas.
T3, Don't tell her but if she does not want a puppy she can have our full blooded dachshund. I am sure you will do what you can to help out her hubby's co. I can't do that anymore.
It's Here! It's Here! It's Here!!!!
Thanks so much LTS! It arrived in great shape! She is going to be so surprised.
T316, Now that I have her address how about we ship 'em on Tuesday?
Oooohhh Bro.....You could not have posted soon enough
I am so tired of cleaning up cat s**t out of the garage that, well you can't imagine
. I did finally put 'em up on craigs-list tonight and have had 3 responses already. Two people are supposed to come by tomorrow. But if I get that address from you first.....they are all going to be in a box on a UPS truck at first light.....
Send me the address and let's see if love gets them first....Best luck LTS.....
how much did it sell for in the store? I looked at e-bay and buy it now is $29.99. every Christmas, there is a shortage of the given year's "it" item that all end up on e-bay for profits. if this is your daughter's must-have "it" item, $29.99 does not seem that outrageous.
luckily, my daughter is 3 and there is no shortage of disney princess toys.

Is this your oldest, or only, child? I played this game to,for so long, and it is awesome at that age. But now I have a 6, 11, & 13 yr. old. Needless to say, once they make it past 6 or 7, there's no fooling them, and Christmas becomes very, very, very, very, very, expensive............
Pontius, It was not about the money, but about the principle (or principal) of the thing. These slimebags are taking all the calendars, creating a false shortage, just so they can make an undeserved buck. I chose not to reward these dregs of society, even if they only make a measly $10 off me. It is money they do not deserve.
Luckily LTS was ultrakind and helped me out.
yeah scotts you know how i said the sb one had heaps of calendars? when i called they asked how many i wanted to set aside? 10? 20? it was like they KNEW that people were going to do that.
Im not gonna lie, i was tempted to be one of those slimebags, and buy a bunch to sell for a profit, but i am better than that, and i am not going to stoop to that level.
JT, I know after I posted this that the temptation was there for any that read this. I also hope that people read this and went out and bought them for their kids. I think that is what LTS did.
Figures they sould have people doing that in SB with the college there.

I don't see buying something and trying to make a $10 profit on it. but I'll be honest though, if I had about 10 Nintendo Wii's, I'd have them on e-bay right now.
