THE BUCS RETURNED A KICK OFF FOR A TD!!! after a 31 year drought and almost 1,900 attempts kick returner Micheal Spurlock returned a 90 kick off for a TD!!!
That is just WILD that it took that long for this to happen. Unbelievable as a matter of fact.
On a side note it has taken 31 years for this to happen, and I remember when Tampa Bay joined the league (Where is the old fart smiley face?)
my wife came running into the living room to see what was going on, i was screaming and yelling and jumping, i know the people next door heard me...
about time , huh??????
off to the super bowl.......................
go bucs

Ruaround, to me that is one of the most amazing "records" (if you can call it that) in all of sports...It just seems impossible how long they went without a kick return for a TD

especially since they won the superbowl in 2003

i was kinda hoping that Spurlock would have stepped out of bounds... i want them to never return one... but i tell you every person in the bar looked at me like i was high or something...

what does winning the Super Bowl have to do with not returning a kick??? that team didnt need to return kicks... the Defense scored often enough and stiffled practically EVERY offense they played!!! that was one of the BEST defenses in history...

i wasnt arguing that they didnt have a great defence...i was just sipmly stating the fact that they were good enough to win a superbowl but couldnt run a kickoff back for a touchdown...just stating the facts...not arguing variables...
