i disagree... you can't blame america for paying $6 a ticket to see a movie... you can blame an actor for taking the $10 million they make from a movie, and throwing it away on cars and private jets rather than making the world a better place. When you're endowed with that much money, it's only right to bestow that greatness onto others as well, rather than spend it all on crap for you (especially stuff you don't need)... you know, poverty all over the world would be almost non-existant if american celebrities shared their riches... do they think about doing that? no! Yeah, they might donate a million here or there, but that's just chump change for them. That my friend is why the world is going to hell in a handbasket. we've forgotten the very purpose of being here... to help eachother prosper, not to watch eachother suffer and do nothing about it! I could go on forever, but i won't.

she does some great things with her money... it would be great to see some "celebs" doing better things with their money

forget about the $100k gift bags that the Oscars give celebrities. I bet you didn't know this.....in major metropolitan areas like NY, LA, Miami, etc, celebrities often get free condominiums in new apartment buildings because having a celebrity living in the building helps the other condos sell quicker.
