OK my horses are now in their home...yayyyy.
..I will post pics as soon as I can get both. One is in the front of tank, the other is in the back...They also seem hungry, they are picking at the glass, rocks, sand. I have a feeding bowl, but of course they don't know where it is...Should I just put a few pieces of mysis in there and hope they find them??? i could put it in front of the horse in the front, but can't get to the one in the back...any suggestions?

you got your turkey baster yet? Start feeding them by sucking up some thawed mysis & water into the turkey baster. Wave the baster in front of them and GENTLY squirt a mysis or two out to them. It takes a little finesse, but you'll get the hang of it. You may have to do this for a day or two before they recognize the turkey baster as "that which delivers the food." When they do, try teasing a single mysis out of the turkey baster so it's just dangling on the tip. With this as a lure, guide your very focused horse over to the feeding bowl, and squirt (again, gently) a generous amount of mysis into the bowl. You may also have to do THIS a couple times, but they'll learn pretty soon that the bowl is their new food place. My reidis got the hang of it right away, but my H. erectus was stubborn and had to be fed from the water column for a good long while before he started using the bowl.
