I gave my flower anemone a piece of shrimp last night, and it had it wrapped in its tentacles. As soon as my blue-stripe saw the piece of shrimp, he snatched it out and gobbled it down, and then he went back and nipped at the anemone once. I gave the anemone another piece and made sure it ate it. Does anyone think the clown might have hurt my anemone?
Also, while I'm on the topic of anemones:
I've read just about every post on here about anemones, and I've noticed that almost every one included something about them shriveling up at some point. Does every anemone do this when first introduced to tanks? I got my flower anemone on Saturday, and it has shrunk to half its size. In the process, it has also started turning a slight tint of green in the middle (where he doesn't have tentacles). Any input?
