Most flat worms are unwanted hitch hikers.
Some eat coral polyps! Research and make the call, but be prepared to do some major removal, JMO.

Only have Zoos star poylps a fire shrimp and a purple tang atm.. Its a 50gal tank with 60lbs of rock and about 4" of sand bed. I read these eat copods makes sence that i have been getting alot of these worms, my copod levels are very large..
I read once they eat off the copods I am safe? But I also read they use light to fead as well.
I am just wondering if my tank is safe.. I can let it run its course..

Hard to say without knowing what species of flatworms you have.
The LFS down the street had them and they destroyed the SPS in their display tank!
I have heard that some do eat pods and once the pod population is depleted the flatworms will die off.
Sorry I can't offer any more info then that.

i had a lot of them about 2 weeks ago, i just started sucking them out with a turkey baster and putting tham in a container of boiling hot water to kill them. i havent seen any in afew days, so i think i got most of them and the others hopefully died off, or will die off.
