Thin White Worm

I noticed a thin white worm this morning when I turned the lights on in my tank. It took off into my live rock as soon as the light was on. Its a thin white worm... maybe slightly thinner than "thin-spaghetti". When it took off it moved like an inchworm. Any ideas?

I do have some really see through ones such as yours.

I guess they could look like an inch worm when they are not moving location but when they they are just moving one part... you know what I mean.
