I know, I know, pretty sad I don't even know the names, good reason......my boyfriend is away right now.
O.k. this is what is happening, the left (see#1) thing is not pushing out water like the right side. I'm thinking that it might be sand build up from the rays (See #2).
As far as #3, I don't even know why I circled that.
Don't shake your head at me, I have alot at stake here, I adopted gasguzzlers rays, Lion and Bamboo and things have been great so far other then this.
If you guys can help me out and give me names of parts and maybe even a solution for this I swear I will never have another post like this again.

sorry about that. My original picture with my 1,2,3 didn't work
1. would be the powerhead?
2. I'm guessing the filter where the waste goes into.
Guys I'm so sorry about this!!!!:nervous:

I'm not sure what you're talking about here, but when plumbing....
Follow every pipe, line and connection. Look at it and THINK about it, you'll eventually figure it out. Plumbing is quite simple if you keep your mind and eyes open.
Post some more pics with an explanation and I'll try to walk you through it.

o.k. the left side powerhead is not pushing out any water like my right side powerhead.
This is what is getting me mad! beacuse I don't even know if what I'm calling a powerhead is actually a power head.
SCREAMING, SCREAMING, SCREAMING!!!!
If this picture doesn't work I'm going to SNAP!!!

Ok, the two boxes inside the tank. They should each have 2 holes in them. One a bit bigger than the other. The smaller one should be connected to the pipe that brings the water back into the tank. See that there is a pump connecting the box inside the stand to the right to both boxes and both small holes in the overflow boxes on the aquarium itself..

That is right. The right side is coming out strong but the left is so weak that is not even moving the water

Looks like a wet'dry on the right and a canister filter on the left....
Probably two seperate pumps..Skimmer in center probably attached to sump on right..
Check the pump connected to the "can" on left..see if it's running...??
or possible "clogged" canister...????

Yup, check that and make sure all the connections between that hole in the bottom of the tank and the nozzle coming out of that box are secure.

Nothing...... I even pulled out the pipe to see if water was pushing out from the bottom and there was hardly any flow.
While I was in there I also pulled out the sand.
Now what?

all right I'm going to check the canister because the tubing going up to the box doesn't fill like any water is passing through like the tube that is taking the water into the canister.
Be right back.

I have the filter out of the canister. Oh Yeah! No one told me to drain the water out first!!!!!
Should I rinse the filter since I have it out? If so is tap water o.k.
