Thing dying in my tank

So I've had my 120 gal tank running since Septemeber and after having my water tested I starting adding my CUC and now recently fish. Everything was going well but after adding two Banggai Cardinalfish and a Pajama Cardinalfish my two Banggais and Emerald Crab all died within 2 days of eachother. I took my water to two LFS and tested it myself and everything was right in order. The LFS just said they couldn't adapt or I messed up something. I run a 120 gal with a Tek 5 6 Bulb Light System, 30 gal sump, 120lbs live rock in DT, 120 lbs Live Sand, and 30 lbs Live Rock in sump, also have a protein skimmer in the sump. I acclimated the fish for about 2.5 hrs. The Pajama is doing fine. The Emerald Crab was doing fine in the tank because I had him for abuot 3 weeks. The Banggais seemed well for the first three days then they became lathargic and then one died and 2 days later the other died and so did the Emerald Crab. The rest of my tank inhabitants are 3 Peppermint Shrimp, 1 Cleaner Shrimp, 2 small Hermit Crabs, assorted snails, and a few Asterna Starfish. Any one have any idea why my livestock is dieing? I do waterchanges every two months.
Thanks

just double checking but what is the temperature of you water and specific gravity of your water reading?

Banggai cardinals don't seem to like much flow. They inhabit the protected side of the banggai islands. They try their best to stay in one spot and end up dead from exhaustion. First they seem to have difficulty controlling their swim bladder: nose keeps pointing up. Then they begin breathing quickly and start to lose their color on one or both sides. Followed by a cycle of: on the bottom of the tank, then back up and swimming. One by one they succumb
You sure the emerald crab is dead and wasn't a molt? The molt from my dwarf hermit's seem to have full coloration, not transparent/translucent like folks say. at first I was afraid I was losing them left and right, but I'd have lost half of them by now and I still seem to have just as many as when I put them in.

I'm not up to date on the latest but in the past there was a disease that wild caught Banggai seemed to die of rather quickly.
If your PJ is doing fine then the Cardinals should also have been fine.

i acclimated them for about 2.5 hours. I added the 3 fish over two days. I think my flow rate might have been too high. My pump is pushing between 700-900gph and my powerhead is at about 1400. I got a 5 foot tank. So that could be the problem. They did seem to stay in one spot for long periods of time. I checked the crab and it was the actual crab and not the molt..sigh..thanks for the input everyone..it always helps!

2300 gph is not too much for a tank that size. and me personally, i have had better luck acclimating my fish a little quicker than that around 45 min- an hour.
