ok here is what is happing, i had just added a Hawaiian Red Anemone, sea cucumber, decorator crab to the tank and now three days later have lost a aro crab and my yellow tang can anyone help me this i got a feeling its the Hawaiian Red Anemone but not sure if anyone can help me with this it would be a great help ty

What size tank, what are the parameters... Ph, Alk, Calcium, amm, trite, trate... how long has it been running for?

its a 75 gallon tank regular rectangle about 5 months old and all my levels a fine that was the first thing i checked

When you say all levels are "fine" do you mean Ph-8.2-8.4 Alk 2-2.5 calcium-400-450 amm,trite,trate-0 or off by a little. Also how big is the Red anemone compared to what your yellow used to be? :notsure:

I actually think it might be your sea cucumber. They are very touchy with water parameters and if anything is even the slightest bit off, they can nuke an entire tank.
