HOLY CRAP!!!! Looks like the brown ones....not devastatingly bad, BUT I would start siphoning them out asap
 
 
 
they will eat the detrius, BUT they will also eat your copepods.....

they look like Red Planaria to me, definantly siphon them off though, and if you see any dead ones get them out because they turn toxic when they die

YEA....one is red one is brown....LOL
 
They are apparently very similar.....I would get them out
 
also some wrasses eat them.....you may want to look into getting one

I still have my flatworms
it has been 8 or so months they have boomed and busted in numbers. The nudi knocked them down but not out the tank
but they have not rebounded yet.

ugh, well i just vacumed out 10 gallons taking a bunch of em out.
 
Looks like i will be setting up the QT tank for the Wrasse

Both the pix you posted are Convolutriloba retrogemma (AKA "planaria" / red menace), which is what the OP has. The brown flatworms are Acoel sp. and look like this:

HAHA....I could not find the same pic that Renee has in the lair...LOL...so when I googled acoel that's what I got
