Think I traumatized my cinnamon any suggestions?

We just finished switching the tank from crushed coral to life sand, levels are all fine and we moved the fish back, we have balls of crushed coral in nylon stalkings in the tank to help keep it from cycling.
We didn't use a net to catch the fish and move them to the QT, we used a clear container and caught the fish this way so they would be moved comfortably.
The clownfish was fine during the move there but on the move back she acted very different and a lot more scared, she's now in the main tank again but not eating.
Any suggestions?

Did you compare your tests in the main tank to that of the QT? Maybe something was a little different and is causing the fish to freak out.
How long has this been going on? If it has only been a day or two give it some more time... if it has been a lot longer there is prob something wrong.

More than likely just the stress of being moved around, you said your levels are fine, when did you check it? You may want to watch it the next few days, a spike due to a change of substrate might take a day or two to show up.

im keeping an eye on the levels and anticipating a minor spike, the live rock was obviously moved around if i took out an undergravel filter and crushed coral.
I'm just hoping right now that she'll come around and start eating again, I lost my first clownfish to this (she wouldnt eat either) and I really don't want to lose my poor cinnamon, she has always been very hardy and a great eater.
