Thinking about doing a clown goby ARMY

Hey guys, Ive been thinking about setting up a small tank on my desk at work, 5 gallons, and just running a few corals and a few clown gobies. due to the fact they are like an inch long and barely eat anything, how many do you think I could fit in a 5 gallon tank without pushing it too far?

Being a smaller fish, and having what appears to be a fairly quick metabolism, not many of these fish make it to the hobbyist tank without having been starved to some degree or another...
....Upon arrival of a new goby, special care should be taken to ensure large quantities of food are offered to the new arrivals without fouling the aquarium water
they actually require lots of frequent feeding initially due to their frequent habit of not eating very much before well acclimated. may even require live food. those that dont eat alot dont make it. I know that first hand as I've had more than a few in the past. they dont require much space but multiple clown gobies in a 5g is pushing it. they dont do well without corals to perch and shelter in so I wouldn't even bother until its well stocked with coral (which you could probably do with one trip to the LPS and $200 on a 5g). live pods to seed and feed would be good too. you cant go up to 10g? you could likely push three in a 10g (yes three in a 10g is better than attempting two in a 5g).

Is the clown goby the same as rainfords goby?
If so, what does your's eat Meowzer? I have been concerned about the one I have in QT. His only tank mate in the 20 is a purple tang and he eats anything but I never see the goby eat a thing. I have tried many dry, pellets, mysis.

If you have a Rainford...this is what I found
The Rainford's Goby, also referred to as the Court Jester Goby, or Old Glory, was first discovered in the Western Pacific in 1940 by Whitely. The body is green and blue with horizontal orange stripes running the entire length of the body.
It should be kept in a 30 gallon or larger aquarium that is well-established and has live rock and sand on which the fish can graze. It is best to keep only one of this species in an aquarium, unless the tank is large with an abundance of hiding places. It is rarely aggressive towards other species.
It is possible for the Rainford's Goby to spawn successfully in an aquarium.
The diet should consist of small crustaceans, such as live and frozen brine shrimp, mysid shrimp, as well as filamentous algae.

Well I went and answered my own question. Rainfords Goby is "aka Court Jester Goby".
He is a herbivore. The SWF site said he eats filament algae..and there isn't any in the QT. Any suggestions?
Checked out the Clown Goby. Cute little guys also.
