Thinking of doing a FOWLR

I currently have a reef tank but am thinking of doing a fish only tank because of the wide range of fish I can put in. I like the reef but lets face it, the fish are not nearly as cool. Anyway my question is this... Can I have anemones in a FOWLR tank? Obviously if I have the correct lighting, but will the fish bother them?
Im thinking of getting a 75 gal. Any suggestions?

Go 4 it!

I have a FOWLR and Reef and it's the best of both worlds!
Don't know what to really suggest for a 75g other than small fish like dwarf angels, blennies, small wrasses. If you don't have the tank already, go bigger like 125g+....You can get the bigger fish like the Lrg Angels, Tangs, Puffers, Wrasses, Triggers.
I've grown out of my 225g FO, it happens! LOL

I would do a 125 but I would like a tank with some good width. (Front to back) Isn't the 125 real small that way? I want enough room in the back of the tank to work, scrap, and still have enough room for the rock towards the front of the tank. Making sense?

^ I believe the standard 75g and 125g are both 18" in width. The 125g is 2 more ft. of length. Go BIG or end up regretting later! Get a 180!

+1 on that one. But, I think no mater what size tank you have. Everyone seems to grow out of it.

Absolutely agree with going bigger. You need larger than 75 for the cooler fish anyway. You are still limiting yourself with a 75. Just my opinion.

If they are the same in width, 75 and 125, I will prob do that. I do have a 45 right now and I do assume a 75 is not THAT much bigger. Anemones are good to go in a fish only tank right?

I have had those hennies for about 3 years I bought them and they were the size of a quarter no lie they were so small you could hardly see them..about 90% of that rock is marco rocks about 6 months old
